DYEHOUSE

Ourdyehousewasestablished in 2009 in Bursa, Turkey.
Ourdyehouseproductionaimstomeetourclient'srequirementswithintightdeadlines.
Ourmonthlycapacity is between 1.400.000 - 1.600.000 meters.
We can producewovenfabricsusingdifferenttypes of fibreswithorwithoutlycraandblendedfibres
that can be dyedusingdifferentfinishes.
Allourchemicalsanddyestuffsmeetwith International standardswith OEKO TEX certificate.
We can print as rotatioanalanddigitalandourdesignsbearthestamp of qualityanddistinctiveness.

WEAVING

Thecompany'sweavingannualproductioncapacity is 12 millionmetersandwearerunningmore
than 200 loommachinespermonth. Allweavingfacilitiesequippedwithlatestairconditioningandair
filteringsystem.

PRODUCTION

Wehave a wellequippedresearchanddevelopmentdepartment. Ourexperttextileengineersand
designersprepares 4 main collectionperyearwithnewfabricqualities&designsforspring-summer
andautumn-winterforwomenwear. Wealsopreparing 6 capsulecollections in mid-seasons. We
alreadyattendingtoexhibitourproducts in fairssuch as Texeorld-Paris, MunichFabrc Start-Germany
andtheLondonTextileFair-U.K.

PRINTING

Wehaverotationalprintingwithcapasity of 35.000 – 40.000 mts/dayanddigitalprintingwithcapacity of 10.000 mts/day.
